Learning something new, is good.

Being able to put it into practice at the right time, is better.

Unfortunately, due to a lack of repeated practice, the knowledge gained in training has ultimately had little impact on actual performance.

We've all heard that before...

The trainings are interesting but stay theoretical.

I often struggle to apply them in real situations

We invest in training...
but I really don't see much impact on the ground.

We talk to collaborators about skills,
professional behaviour etc.

Okay, but when do we really train them?

They listen, but they do not train.

Naturally, it doesn't hold up.

rhapsody

at a glance

rhapsody is a digital platform, accessible via PC or smartphone...

... who offers each employee a sparring partner and a personal coach

... to better prepare for managing the professional situations he faces.

...by harnessing the power of generative AI

A tool for

tutoring-training,

designed around the professional life situations of your employees

By harnessing the power of generative AI, we have created a new way to massively and sustainably enhance the skills of teams.

High-stakes realistic situations

Use Cases are based on situations actually encountered in the field. Your teams practice on concrete cases, specific to their profession and your company.

Skills activated, not just learned

All tennis players « know » how to serve. Do they stop there?

No, because they know that what makes it effective is the repetition of the gesture.

Give your teams the means to train!

Use cases designed to develop both hard skills and soft skills

rhapsody acts on knowledge and know-how [mastery of products, methods, processes, technical environments, competition,...]
but also on soft skills [posture, listening skills, assertiveness, leadership, stress management, emotional intelligence, value framework...]

Immediate feedback, both neutral and constructive

Rhapsody is not just the sparring partner who gives you replies in the ring when you train.
It is also the coach who watches you on the edge of the ring and who, after the fight, gives you a detailed debriefing on your performance (strengths and areas for improvement)

More autonomy and empowerment for the employee, freeing up time for their manager.

The employee chooses – often with their manager – the Use Cases that allow them to work on their weaknesses. They track their progress and share it with their manager.

A valuable support in key contexts

Integration and onboarding of new employees, preparation for the launch of a new offer, management of a crisis situation... for each of these contexts, the rhapsody pathways offer sets of "ready-to-use" use cases for the employees concerned.

How does it work?

A smooth journey to professional performance

The company selects and describes professional life situations (the Use Cases) on which it wishes to enhance the performance of rhapsody Users.
In general, priority is given to the pain points or current strategic challenges.

Each Use Case is associated with a pedagogical objective, as well as the specific skills that are desired to be enhanced in the collaborator.

Why the name 'rhapsody'?

Our platform acts like a person: it seemed natural to give it a first name.

Moreover, music lies at the heart of rhapsody’s founding team, which is why we chose a name with a musical touch

Universal and timeless, the name "rhapsody" quickly established itself:

in terms of music:

  • a rhapsody is a free and expressive musical composition that stimulates the imagination. By establishing a conversation among themselves, the different instruments evoke a deep relationship, filled with complicity and interpersonal resonance.

  • the band Queen believed in their famous title "Bohemian Rhapsody" against narrow opinions and the standards of conventional thought. They turned it into a masterpiece. This boldness and tenacity inspire us.

in terms of name:

  • the name Rhapsody has its roots in the Greek "rhaptein" which means "to sing". It is often associated with the notion of rhythm, harmony, and poetry. It reflects a strong, free, creative, passionate, and original personality, overflowing with energy.
